Earlier today, the BOHOL Provincial Human Resource Management and Development Office conducted the ‘Updating of Job Description Conference.’ The aim was to update existing job descriptions and create new ones for Plantilla positions, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of individual and collective functions within the Provincial Government of Bohol.
The conference was attended by Administrative Officers and Key Personnel from various departments and offices of the Provincial Government who are directly involved in the daily operations and oversight of their respective offices.
To ensure the smooth flow of the conference, Provincial Administrator Ms. Asteria Caberte and Provincial Internal Auditor Ms. May Limbaga provided guidance and direction.
They were followed by instructions from Ms. Maria Lourdes Requeron, Division Head of PHRMDO, focusing on Core Competencies, and Ms. Katrina Retutal, Head of HRM, who addressed the processes related to the Job Description Form.
The Output of the conference workshop will be presented in the First Quarter of 2024.
