Last November 29-30, 2023, the Provincial Human Resource Management and Development Office conducted an ‘Enhancement of PHRMDO Operations Manual’ workshop. This activity was aimed to improve and establish an Operations Manual, seeking to standardize and systematize the processes and operations of the Divisions and Sections within the Human Resource Office.
